Welcome to Globeazy! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including trip bookings, itinerary planning, and custom travel packages. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
Globeazy Ltd ("we," "us," "our") is a global travel service provider offering pre-planned travel packages, custom travel packages, and flight bookings upon request. Our services are available worldwide for custom travel packages, but pre-planned packages are region-specific.
2. Services Provided
We offer the following services:
  • Pre-Planned Package Booking: Book one of our pre-designed travel packages.
  • Custom Package Booking: Request a tailored travel package to meet your unique preferences and needs.
  • Flight Booking: Flights can be arranged upon request.
Please note, we do not currently work with third-party providers or maintain relationships with other companies to deliver our services.
3. Booking and Payments
  • Deposits: A deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will contribute to the total amount of the package.
  • Final Payment: The outstanding balance must be paid at least 90 days before your departure date. Failure to pay the balance by this date will result in cancellation of the booking, and the deposit may not be refunded.
Cancellations and Refunds:
  • Up to 45 days before departure: Full refund (100%).
  • Up to 15 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 14 days before departure: No refund.
4. Age Requirements
  • The minimum age for booking is 16 years old. There are no travel date restrictions.
5. Liability and Disclaimers
  • We are not liable for any issues that may arise due to adverse weather conditions, third-party errors, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • While we do not provide insurance, we strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance for your protection.
6. User Responsibilities
When booking a trip, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Full legal name
  • Nationality (as per passport)
  • Passport number (if required)
  • Address and other relevant contact details
This information will be used to facilitate bookings, accommodations, activities, and related services.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
  • We will store personal information, including names, addresses, and payment details, for up to 90 days after your trip is complete. This is for the purpose of resolving any issues that may arise. After this period, all data will be deleted from our systems.
  • We are fully compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and will take all necessary steps to protect your personal information.

8. Third-Party Tours and Activities
Please note that the tours, activities, and excursions included in our pre-planned and custom travel packages are operated by independent third-party providers. 9. Dispute Resolution

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will become effective immediately upon posting.
